I love the Lord. His grace still amazes me, and I am nothing without Him.

I love my husband, David. My joker, my dear friend, my biggest fan. Most hours of the day I still can’t believe that God had him in mind when He created me.

I’m a Mama to a son with some serious CHEEKS.  Our journey to become parents has been everything but easy, but the Lord is faithful and good and we still can't believe that we get to be parents to this sweet boy.

We have a puppyman.  A  yellow lab named Potter (yes, like Harry Potter) to be exact.  And if you follow along on social media, I'm sure you've realized that we have an unhealthy obsession with him. 

I love all things pumpkin. Seriously- if that bulbous orange gourd is involved, I’m all over it.

I smile. A lot.

Laughing is my favorite.

If you ask me, I’m a musical rock star in the shower.

If there’s a piano in the room, you can bet that sooner or later, I’ll play it.

I’m the middle child.

Christmas music starts playing in August in my house. It’s such a shame to only have one month to celebrate such special family traditions. Ask anyone who knows me well, if you’re in my phone book – you can expect a call every year the second that I hear my first Christmas carol on the radio. Oh, and how many times can you watch Elf? As many times as it’s on, of course!

I’m incredibly thankful for my parents. Their example of love, discipline, prayer and work ethic have shaped me into who I am today.

Fall is my happy time. Everything about it. The colors. The air. The sweaters. The boots. The cuddles. The pumpkin spice lattes. It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

Adventure is out there. Always. Almost always with camera in hand.
