It's been two years since we've done a wedding at the Mendenhall Inn, and I have to say that it made me smile when I learned that it was going to be the backdrop of Rachel and Matt's wedding day celebration. The hall itself has the prettiest grand staircase and the atrium that hosts the cocktail hour is an incredible space with natural light. It was such a treat to spend part of our day there!
Honestly, we've been looking forward to this day for a long time. It started with some prep at Rachel's childhood home, then a quick hop on the party bus to a secluded little spot on Immaculata's Campus, followed by a heart-felt ceremony, and then ended with some serious dancing at the Inn. I'll be real with you all, this summer has been hot, hot, hot, and this day was definitely creeping toward the top spot so far this year, but we were just so impressed with the trooper attitude from not only Rachel and Matt, but also their bridal party that helped to keep spirits high.
