Meredith and Rob in Wayne (Engagement)

As this week kicks off our wedding week celebration, what better way than to showcase the love between these two!

In all honesty, it was impossible to not feel completely overcome with joy by being around Meredith and Rob.  They were ADORABLE.  Both of them!  Now again, I'll be completely honest.  Normally, I find myself catering a bit more to making the men of Aaren Lee Photography feel comfortable, but not this guy.  Rob was a total goof- full of laughter and love for his woman from the second I lifted my lens in their direction.  Meredith too!  What a blast it was to follow them around for a few hours with my camera.  And in just a few short weeks, I'll be able to do it AGAIN!  Yes please!

I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from their charming excursions in Wayne.

Stephen and Stasia in Media (Engagement)

The more I shoot, more specifically, the more I shoot engagements and weddings, the more I realize a few things.  Love, again- more specifically, what I know of it, is much bigger than I could have ever imagined.  It looks different, feels different, IS different with each couple I photograph.  But one thing that remains the same is how beautiful and exciting it is to be able to discover how and why my couples love each other.

Stephen and Stasia are cute.  No, I mean, snuggle fest, giggle 'til your sides hurt cute.  And that's exactly what they showed me when we ventured to Ridley Creek State Park last week.  Stephen is a master of making Stasia laugh.  All he has to do it come close, and the smile on her face indicates just how this man makes her feel.  Boy, was that laughter contagious!  It's such a gift to be able to completely enjoy (and join in) the raw emotion of a session.  Love is organic, and it certainly was alive and well during their session as we played chicken with the rain forecasted for later that evening.  Oh, and a couple that loves swords and bring them along to be in the lime light too?  Pretty flipping sweet if you ask me. :)

I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from their afternoon e-session (And a cameo from our little frog friend that posed perfectly for us)!

Justin and Stephanie in Philadelphia (Engagement)

It seems like so long ago...a sunny, 64 degree day at the tail-end of March (especially when a few more flurries are so fresh in our minds), but trust me, it was sunny.  It was 64 degrees.  And it was a BEAUTIFUL day for an engagement session last Saturday.

Meet Justin and Steph.  Two of the cutest little love-birds you'll ever meet.  Here's a little snippet from one of our planning emails to help give you an idea of what I'm talking about:

"I'm going to try to explain this the best I can…Stephanie to me is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen.  Why?  Because she can pull off any look.  She can be in PJ's in the morning, cowgirl boots and jeans, standing in the mud fishing in the afternoon and then she can wear a princess dress in the evening and every single moment, I still look at her completely speechless."

I mean, seriously?!  What woman doesn't want to have that effect on her man?

Oh, but when you look at Stephanie, it's almost as if you can see love beams shooting straight out of her eyeballs every time Justin comes near.  Yep, these two have the stuff dreams are made of!  And as we explored the areas in and around the Art Museum, I had a front row seat to exactly what makes their love special.

With that said, please enjoy a few of my favorites from their gloriously golden sunset session in Philadelphia!

Julie and James at Longwood Gardens (Trash the Dress)

These two are no strangers to Aaren Lee Photography .

From their engagement sessions to their beautiful wedding...the thought of shooting a trash-the-dress session seemed entirely appropriate!

There was only one catch.

As we began our planning for this shoot, I received some surprising, but joyous news from Julianne and James - they are expecting their first child! Needless to say, we kicked it in to high gear and went exploring last weekend in his tux and her dress to grab some beautiful photographs.

Affectionately know as "Chick-pea", their baby wanted to make a few appearances in this session too, and to be quite honest, I'm glad! I mean, seriously, how many people can say they look THIS good in their wedding dress while being three months pregnant?

Without further delay, please allow me to share some of my favorites from their beautiful sunrise session!  (Congratulations, you two....cannot wait to plan for your maternity session! :))

Isis and Jeremy in Downingtown (Wedding)

Isis and Jeremy are two of the sweetest people I think I’ve ever met.

When I first met them in Starbucks in the beginning of the year, I fell in love with them!  I pray before and after each client meeting- that if I’m supposed to work with them, that we would have an instant connection.  Well, to be quite honest, I prayed a little extra that they would like me as much as I liked them!  And the rest is history.

Their wedding day was so special. Truly. From tearful first looks with Isis’s father, and with Jeremy, to the reminders of Isis’s mother in so many intentional details throughout the day- this day is something that I will treasure for years to come. On top of that, the venue was absolutely GORGEOUS and 100% them, right down to the goats on the farm and a bunch of playful ducks providing live entertainment as they dive-bombed into the pond outside of the bridal suite.

Isis and Jeremy- thank you for being you. I pray nothing but the richest blessings over your marriage.  It has been my privilege to know you and to be invited to come along in your journey.

I could go on and on, but without further delay, please allow me to introduce to you Mr. and Mrs. Taylor!
