I've learned, especially with this past wedding weekend, that the weather forecasters are always wrong. All week long, thunderstorms were looming on the iPhone's weather app, only slightly downgrading the day before to 50% showers all day long. And really, we might have been touched by 5 little rain drops total, rendering the rest of the day dry, sunny when we needed it, and otherwise absolutely perfect.
Justin and Janessa's special day was like a fairytale, from the gorgeous location at the Felicita resort (filled with hidden gems and secret gardens) right down to the father-daughter dance titled, "Cinderella". There were so many "Aww" moments, moments to make you laugh, and moments to make you cry. One of my favorites? Hands down, it had to be the mother-son choreographed medley that had both Justin and Sucatha laughing so hard that they almost didn't make it through it. It's truly was a gift to be able to see so much joy from their loved ones as they celebrated this special day.
