Monday's weather was beautiful! The sun was shining, it was a comfortable 72 degrees, and there were adorable cousins having their first experiences with birthday cakes on the horizon.
Only…there were no cakes.
When I heard that the home-made beauties had been left at home, I have to admit, there was a moment when I was thinking I would hear "April fools!" in there somewhere (we weren't too far from April 1st, after all). But as it turns out, the babies didn't even need them to turn on the charm! From the moment Brayden put on his fedora and Blaire sat in her little wicker chair, I was completely wrapped around their fingers.
